PsyCOVer : Enquête longitudinale sur la santé mentale des professionnels de santé en France durant la pandémie de COVID-19
PsyCOVer est une enquête menée auprès des professionnels de santé dont les objectifs sont : (1) Evaluer la prévalence des symptômes de dépression, d'anxiété et de stress post-traumatique, ainsi que la capacité de résilience, chez les professionnels et étudiant de santé travaillant pendant la pandémie à moyen et long terme après la première vague de Covid-19 en France et (2) Identifier les déterminants sociaux susceptibles d'influencer la santé mentale, l’épuisement professionnel et la consommation de substances psychoactives; (3) évaluer l'efficacité de PsySTART-R et du programme APD chez les soignants en France ; (4) évaluer les stratégies utilisées par les professionnels de santé pour faire face à la pandémie. L’enquête menée exclusivement en ligne, est divisée en deux vagues de collecte de données. La première vague a été menée 1 an après la première vague épidémique (avril 2021-octobre 2021) au près de 764 professionnels de santé. La seconde vague sera menée 2 ans après la 1ère vague (mai 2022-octobre 2022). Les participants ont été recrutés via un lien internet qui sera largement diffusé sur les médias sociaux, les listes de diffusion et les conseils médicaux.
PsyCOVer is a survey among healthcare workers whose objectives are: (1) to assess the prevalence of symptoms of depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress, as well as burnout and resilience capacity, among healthcare workers and students working during the pandemic in the medium and long term after the first wave of Covid-19 in France and (2) to identify social determinants that may influence mental health, burnout and substance use; (3) evaluate the effectiveness of PsySTART-R and the APD program among caregivers in France; and (4) assess the strategies used by healthcare professionals to cope with the pandemic. The survey, conducted exclusively online, is divided into two waves of data collection. The first wave was conducted 1 year after the first epidemic wave (April 2021-October 2021) among 764 workers and students. The second wave will be conducted 2 years after the 1st wave (May 2022-October 2022). Participants were recruited via a web link that will be widely distributed on social media, mailing lists and medical boards.
