IMPACTS: Investigation des manifestations traumatiques post attentats et de la prise en charge thérapeutique et de soutien
Suite aux attentats de janvier 2015 en Ile-de-France, l’Agence régionale de santé de l’Île-de-France, Santé Publique France et l’équipe ERES (dans un deuxième temps) ont mis en place une enquête de cohorte épidémiologique, IMPACTS, auprès de 430 personnes exposées (personnes menacées, témoins, endeuillées et intervenantes). L’objectif de cette cohorte était d’évaluer, suite aux attentats leur santé mentale et somatique, les changements relationnels et professionnels (et leurs associations avec la santé) ainsi que d’appréhender leurs parcours de soins et d’accompagnement. La première vague a été menée de juin à octobre 2015 et la seconde vague a eu lieu entre juin et octobre 2016.
Les travaux en cours sur ce projet portent sur : l’identification des facteurs de non-participation et d’attrition entre les deux vagues d’enquêtes, l’évolution de la prévalence des troubles de la santé mentale au cours du temps (syndrome de stress post-traumatique troubles anxieux et dépression), l’étude des facteurs associés à la persistance de troubles au cours du temps, ainsi que la description de la prise en charge et du recours aux soins psy suite aux attentats.
The French national agency for public health, the Health Regional Agency and the ERES team launched a cohort study (entitled IMPACTS) to assess the mental health and psychosomatic impact of terrorist attacks in January 2015 on 430 civilians and first responders. Its purpose is to measure changes over time in the familial and occupational dimensions of the lives of those affected, its interactions with mental health and to assess the associated care and support these people are provided. The first wave was conducted from June to October 2015 and the second wave from June to October 2016.
Ongoing researches in this project deals with: factors of non-participation to the first wave of the survey and attrition in the second wave, trends of prevalence of mental health disorders (posttraumatic stress syndrome, anxiety disorders and depression), factors associated with persistence of mental health disorders overtime, and description of the psychological and psychiatrist care and support after the attacks.
